The Myanmar Real Estate and Construction Monitor provides detailed, up-to-date and original information on a range of market segments, including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality, building materials and more.

It is designed to help companies and other organisations identify business opportunities, track the industry, find partners or suppliers, conduct market research and follow developments.

Our service is unique, and is researched and published by our team in Yangon.

The following content types are included in the platform:

News. Our news section is updated daily and forms the core of our weekly Myanmar Real Estate and Construction Brief report to subscribers. We produce content using original research and interviews, as well as through monitoring and reviewing dozens of local and international sources.

Project tracker. Since launching our service in 2014 we have built a unique database of completed, planned and under-construction projects in Yangon and elsewhere in the country. Our profiles contain information on cost, location, building usage and size, completion data, contractors, consultants, developers, investors, and the most recent status.

Companies. Our company database contains profiles of local and international firms operating in Myanmar's real estate and construction markets. Information includes details on activities, management, background, key contacts, financials and more.

Data. Our resources library includes a range of energy and power data, plus other useful documents and reports for business readers.

Reports. We research and publish the Yangon Real Estate Review, a 250-page report issued twice yearly. The publication is the most detailed source of information on the Yangon market, including project profiles, news, analysis, township mapping, data and more.

Tenders. Our team monitor and publish all available tenders relating to the construction and building materials sector. These are posted to the site daily and included in our weekly brief.

All our content is researched and produced by a team of local and international staff in our Yangon office. We also offer customised research services for clients seeking detailed reports on specific segments of the market.
