Constructive Engineers (formerly known as Number One Air Conditioning) was established in 1973.

The company specialises in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and elevator installation services in large buildings.

It has completed work on stadiums, hotels, shopping malls, airports and government buildings including the parliament building in Nay Pyi Taw.

Constructive Engineers renovated the air-conditioning system at Junction Mawtin shopping centre at the end of last year, before the centre reopened in Q4.

The company is also the main supplier of air-conditioning units for a 24 storey condominium project known as Sky Suites being developed by its partner company Creation Myanmar.
