Sun Myat Tun (SMT) Construction has launched sales for a new villa project called “Thazin Villa” in North Okkalapa Township, Yangon Region, via online real estate agency iMyanmarHouse.
The project is located at the corner of Thazin Road and Sahtan Road with easy access to the Aung Mingalar bus terminal, Terminal M shopping centre, Mingalardon Airport, wet market, school and hospital.
The developer will provide infrastructure works such as 30ft wide road, excavation, electricity and transformer installation.
Road works are currently ongoing.
Sales have been launched for 2,400 sq ft land plots (40ft x 60ft) with prices ranging from Ks160m to Ks350m depending on the location.
A grant certificate will be issued as proof of ownership.
Payment can be made over three or six months.

SMT is a Yangon-based company that mainly develops affordable mini-condos and mid-end apartments.
The company is redeveloping Mingalar Market on a joint-venture basis with Yangon City Development Committee (YCDC) in Yangon’s Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township.
